Registration Instructions!


Prior to starting the on-line registration.......

 Refer to the Academy Reference Documents and the Course List



To Register/Make Course Selection

  • Access the Academy On-Line Registration from the Academy webpage

  • Select "ADD" for a new registration

Make course selection as follows:

  • Enter your ID information

  • Indicate your course preference for your 1st choice, 2nd and 3rd choice are optional.

  • Click "ADD NEW REGISTRATION" when you have finished your course selection

  • Use "On-Line" payment if you wish to pay academy fees at this time.


To Change Course Selection

  • Public / Out of Wing registrations cannot be edited by user

  • Contact the Academy Administrator to make updates


On-Line Payment Option

  Academy fees can be paid on-line or at the academy check in desk.

  On-Line payment can be by Debit, Credit or by PayPal account.

  • After the “New Registration”, you will be given the option to pay on-line.


  • You can also pay on-line any time by returning to the Academy Registration system and selecting the “ON-LINE” pay option.


Complete "Other" Items

  • Complete CAPF 161 - All Attendees

  • Complete CAPF 60-80 - Cadets Only

  • Submit forms at the check-in desk.

  • Pay any fees On-Line or at the check-in desk
